A New Cornerstone for Our Youth: 2111 E. Grand Blvd

We’re planting new roots — and they run deep.

Cornerstone Changemakers is proud to announce our newest initiative: The Corner, a youth drop-in center located at 2111 E. Grand Blvd, right in the heart of North St. Louis. This long-vacant building will soon be transformed into a vibrant, safe, and healing space where young people can simply be seen, heard, and supported but this is more than a renovation. It’s a revolution and we can’t do it alone.

To bring The Corner to life, we need major donors, partners, and supporters who believe in the power of community and the promise of our youth. The scope of this project requires significant financial investment from structural repairs and safety upgrades to furnishings, technology, and programming. Every dollar raised helps turn cement and drywall into opportunity and hope.

This isn’t just a building, it’s a vision waiting to come to life. A place where youth can walk in after school and find mentorship, tutoring, creative workshops, leadership programs, mental health resources, hot meals, or just a quiet space to think. It’s a place where our youth don’t have to earn rest or joy, they’re already worthy of it.

For far too long, our communities have watched places like this crumble. But now, we’re rebuilding from the inside out, brick by brick, story by story, life by life.
