The Agents of Change Community Ambassadorship Program (ACCAP) is a dynamic, 8-week leadership and personal development experience designed for youth ages 12–18 who are ready to explore their potential, speak up for their communities, and step into their power as young changemakers.
Whether you're a natural leader, a creative thinker, or someone just beginning to find your voice—ACCAP is for you.
What You’ll Learn
ACCAP focuses on real-world skills that matter—skills you don’t always get in school but are essential for life and leadership. Through engaging workshops, guest speakers, hands-on projects, and peer collaboration, participants will explore:

Learn how to lead with confidence, speak with clarity, and work effectively in a team.Civic Engagement & Community Impact
Understand the power of youth voice in shaping our communities and how to be an advocate for change.Identity & Purpose
Reflect on your passions, values, and strengths. Discover who you are and what kind of impact you want to make.

Location: STLCC – Florissant Valley
Free breakfast is provided each Saturday.
